I am with Wipro for more than 1 year now, when I was waiting for my salary hike at the last month I got a shock that my salary wont be raised as my performance is bad.
I challenged the decision, I was correct every details are on my behalf even My TL is amazed, but my Manager says forget it leave that behind and proceed with the future.
This is not accepted after providing more than a year of service. I am sticking with this company because of my limited options but as I get a better option the first thing I would do is I will walk out of this company.
