I had very strong and positive experience for working in Wipro .
If you compare the salary of Wipro with other company then you may be not happy but it depends upon your designation and there is good benefits in Wipro .You will get good internal job posting opportunities in Wipro. Job security is very good just like govt. job. Career Growth is very wide .You need to work hard for this because competition is very tough there. You need to understand the internal working policy there then only you can grow. Work environment is also nice .It gives you good time to understand the lesson of growth in wipro .I worked in Wipro for 2 years and this is my experience.If I rate the CEO of this company then that will be 4/5.
