Policies, Management & Culture. I'll definitely want to join wipro again in near future, Good HR policies. I'll definitely want to join wipro again in near future.
Less increment, Politics(though you can expect this in every industry, not only in wipro), Few stupid polices, No work life balance.People will never quit Wipro if you'll give decent hikes to them.
