Hi all,
I am working in wipro infotech.beaing a member of this company I am happy with this services. In wipro, here are some bands or categories by which every employee connect with the company. when I joined this company then I felt that the joining procedure is very long. I took around two months to join. after the on board when I join this company then I realize that being a mnc, wipro fulfills all the checklist and after that join with the company. so the procedure is long but good in terms of secured men power.
If anybody want to join wipro then follow some steps, first process you cv with reference means via any wipro employee, if you process you cv directly. wipro or any other mnc never process cv directly as I am analyzing.
otherwise company is good.
