Hi guys I have worked with Wipro BPS in Belapur(Navi Mumbai).
Interview is quite easy to crack if you look cute and a girl/lady. For a man it is quite hard to crack it.
Shift Timings varies as per the work load.
There is tough competition after you have cracked the interview.
If your voice shivers you will not be able to crack the interview.Only one more chance is provided.
Salary and other perks is less as compared to other BPS services.
I had quit the company because there is series of the managers who do not even know about the work culture in the corporate.
