Wipro Kolkata specially the UHG claims process all management peoples are corrupted. TED, MANAGERS, PH.all are corrupted. Can't trust anyone.
The environment is like school .all agents are there like students.Everyone is scared of them even can't escalate any unethical practice if they are doing. Who will you escalate? Ted, manager, PH all be togethers like childhood friends. Haha.
Only is the opotion is accept all there unethical practices even if they do anything wrong just close your eyes and forget it .do try to eescale becuse there is no one to listen to you .So this is wipro kolkata UHG process.the life of agents are hell out there .even regarding promotions all are preplaned by managers .if you do buttring of manager you will get promoted even if you dont have any knowledge or quality. .
