Usually I make an opinion about a product or a service only when I face an issue multiple times. And that has happened with wings.
Booked a cab for airport for an early morning flight to Delhi for a business meeting. Driver did not turn up. I took my own car and drove to the airport.
Booked a cab to fetch my parents from the railway station. The driver said that he is busy and cannot come. I had to re-book. Total delay one and a half hours.
Booked a cab to go to Camp from Pimple Saudagar. No SMS. No driver reported. No apologies.
Congratulations Wings. You have done yourselves proud in being consistently unreliable. Will never opt for your service again. There are cheaper and better cap operators in Pune who value customer service.
