Well, it's a little hard to digest but after a long time microsoft has released a operating system (xp) with minimal bugs and which stands straight away to the demands of today's heavy users and still doesnt hangs up(woo , what a relief),it is the best OS unleashed till now by microsft in terms of user ease and comfort, well it's really hard to believe it really gave linux a scare in terms of copying speed whereas linux gives a maxm. speed of 3mbps when copying data between two hard disks , we were shocked that xp's speed ranges from 4-9mbps (as tested by various softwares I used to determine the speed diff.)

the other advantages over 98 are its fast boot up and no more blue screens

And moreover 98 users can shift over straight away coz it's the same environment provided but with a 3-d look in a more interactive manner, so need to change window setting and bye bye windows 98 and those blue screens that all of a sudden bring ur comp to a halt and ur a dud if u havent taken a backup(* u may end up losing ur job buddy) but here it's like in alice's wonderland where every dream seems to come true withouth any fuss,

though in terms of stability windows 2000 server is the best but hey XP is second to none so watch out all the OS's

check out both its versions and decide for urself
