Dont go on look

Windows is ruling on PC but has failed on phone so badly. I have used android for 7 months and now it has almost been 7 months only since I m on windows phone. I chose to buy windows phone because it looks so attracting on first look. its look is very eye catching, specially those live tiles, that makes people fall in love with it in first sight. well. thats probably only thing good I found in windows. here is the list of cons.

1) orphan OS. developers have no interest in making apps for it. you will mostly find client app developed from some other company for many popular websites and many of those apps have so limited functionality that makes it almost useless for example tumbler app.

2) to much hardware constraints. it makes the functionality of the phone very limited. many tasks like downloading you cant do in background. you cant share the file directly by wifi until there is a host wifi network. you cant keep the torch app running in the background.

3) settings menu is annoying. items in the menu are neither grouped nor sorted by alphabet or something. you just need to scroll down the whole list to find something unless you already remember where exactly that is.

4)shutter option is provide but with very limited functionality. you cant have more then 4 items. you always needs to go to the setting to disable wifi.

5) you dont have much control over apps installed. like you do in android.

6)seldom gets update and apps crash a lot.
