-Help and functionality for this operating system is very good. I'll give you real life example. One day I had a question in my mind. If accidentally I shall crashed my windows. Can I use the same windows key again. suddenly I remember windows have a built-in app named connect and support. First I have the question to the virtual assistant. where I did not get a satisfactory answer. So for this purpose. They give a option to ask the questions to the real human. I'll started chating with the person. then I got the answer of my question.
-This is easy to use. Specially when you have the personal assistant like Cortana. The new start menu. That have better functionality than other versions of windows. Most of all, I like the virtual desktops/task view in the windows 10. It keeps separated your work.
-I find the installation of this window is faster than other windows. It takes about 15-20 minutes to install in my system. But the installing is not only depends upon the windows. It also depends on your system type. If you have a system with great processor and ram or ssd. It installs very quick.
-The service and support of windows 10 is good. Because it is the newest creation of Microsoft. So the company has to put their all focus on the service and support. They'll provide updates every 2-3 months.
