Win Cable: - you can never WIN on their excuses.
Win Cable located at Bandra – Khar area is the worst Internet service provider (in whole world)
From last five months they have not given the proper services for what they had promised. After paying for the connection these guys took three days for the installation.
They have thousands of excuses for their poor services like, the engineers are working on a Server, Bandwidth problem, Gateway problem, Power failure, or Shifting the server and one fine day they said they are shifting their office. (These are only few once.)
The service is pathetic and the speed is worst (may be they don’t know the meaning of Speed.)
The staff is not at all helpful after hearing our problem they transfer the call to other person and again we have to repeat the same. They always say that they will send the engineer to find out the problem but no one turns.
Each and everyday we suffer from Net Down either Slow Speed and I literally have to call them more than 15 times. Whenever I call win-cable the operator says the problem is from win cable itself and it will take 15 minutes but never gets solved in 15 minutes. And after 15-20 minutes when I call them back someone else come on the phone and says the problem is not from win cable may be some where in the root-line etc. And when I tell them that one of your operator told me that the problem is from your side the opposite person just laughs and says she is mad and don’t listen to her.
Well I don’t understand whom should I talk and trust.
They really have to improve their services or will soon be thrown out.
