Friends,
Recently relocated to Pune due to job change. Been a regular listener of private FM stations for almost a year or more now.
In Pune ther's only one private FM stations operated by none other than TOI group i.e. Radio Mirchi.
It seems that Pune mirchi seems to have lost the spice as compared to Mumbai's Mirchi. Its been a poor song selection(includes untimely song playing), poor Rj's and what else...
After almost enjoying & listening the quality and indeed the best FM station in Mumbai, it seems to me that these people(Mirchi in Pune) do need some sort of understanding of how to keep a listeners happy by their contents and RJ ying.
Definitely Win 94.6 still stands above all in Mumbai and now I can say in Pune too..though its not there in Pune. If some one frm Win 94.6 is reading this review then you guys have good chance of grabbing good listener base
in this Pune city..offcourse if you start a FM station in Pune....I guess with less license fee now you can atleast think of starting another here in Pune?

Good to hear all the RJ's back on air. These guys do a wonderful job on air whether its Mallishka, Anurag, Roshan or Devika. Although theres one character missing lately i.e. Hrishi K. Its fun to listen to these guys.
I was not a regular listener of FM stations in Mumbai and used to surf the channels like the TV ones. But Win 94.6 really catch hold of you. Its like a dead end. Breakfast with Mallishka is always something which I cann't miss out. She sounds to be a energetic and full of ''enthu'' kinda gal who keep doing ''patar patar'' every morning. But above all this patar patar always contains new character which attracts you. Whether its a ''Chai Time Ka Sili Rhyme'' or some other Shero Shayari..its always fun..
With comparison to other FM stations the RJ of Win 94.6 has always been a attraction to watch they always have soothing voice. More ever the Quality of Signal is impressive where ever you travel in Mumbai...
I guess only few channels are good in terms of Signal Strength and Win 94.6 stands above all
