I searched for this college in the reviews list on the site but couldn't find it and I instantly recommended it. Ive spent two years in this college for my Junior College(Science Stream) studies and it was the best time of my life. me being in an all boys school going to college was always the most awaited dream.
The day my admission was confirmed in this college I knew I'm gonna have a rocking time. its one of Mumbai's oldest colleges and has a great location(right opposite Girgaum Chowpatty) in South Mumbai. It has a Victorian Gothic style structure and also a heritage site. the classrooms with the windows looking over on the Campus on one side, and the sea on the opposite side, the teak wood furniture, all of this give you a different feel. the entrance lobby and the grand staircase with a vintage look is a rarity. Its an A Grade accredited college and the faculty is superb. very helpful and treat students like their own.
It has a big library with thousands of books and again a huge place with a old feel to it. Wilsonian an annual magazine of the college has great depth of knowledge and research attached to it. the college also has its own hostel for student accommodations. A chapel where regular prayer services are held. the college Gymkhana at marine drive has a big ground of it own and support different sports for students including boxing. they have a Natures Club which organises educational trips. the college canteen serves great fast food of which Vada Sambar, Samosa Pav and Chinese Hakka Noodles were flawless.
The rest areas and the basket ball court are a great place to spend time with friends. and you always had the option of join across the road to the beach. the college organises awesome festivals which are famous, have many cultural events and draw college students from all over Mumbai. this college has almost every thing every aspect not many colleges can offer and what youngsters need to have a rocking and memorable college life. Proud to be a "Wilsonite"
