We had visited Mouth Abu Sanctuary in February this year. It was an exciting opportunity. The entry fees to this sanctuary is just Rs 100 per person.
This sanctuary is located in the oldest mountain ranges, which is the Aravali mountain range in India. We visited this sanctuary in the morning at 10AM.
They asked us to just carry water and some light snacks and requested us not to litter anything inside the sanctuary. If caught, they would fine us Rs500.
We were informed that we can find lot of fauna in this sanctuary. Animals like Lion, Tiger, Leopard, sloth bear, porcupine, hedgehog, Indian Civet cat, hyeana, jackal, wild boar, langur, Indian Fox, and common mongoose were reported to be found here.
But to our misfortune, we could just see the civet cat, porcupiune, mongoose and hyeana here. We could not find other animals. This place is very rich in flora also. You may find beautiful wild flower plants here. I was very happy to visit this place.
