I have been using Wi5 (zylog) internet service since last 7-8 months in Zirakpur(Punjab), and boy it has never disappointed me by its sheer brilliance of getting out of service at the exact moment when I need it the most. The setting up of their servers, or whatever they call it as service down issue which is their every day excuse from customer care, internet service from Wi5 is one of, in fact THE worst which I have used. My reason to use it is that it is the only service provider which we have in our area, unfortunately and using the dongle doesn't serve my purpose.
Though in terms of speed, they are OK, 2.5 stars on 5, but there has never been even a single day when it ran without a break or their so called outage once in a day for 24 hours straight. It gets disconnected, sometimes speed goes very low that even google won't load, and most of the time it runs for 1 hour and then goes out for an hour. Whenever I call their customer care, they have the same old crap, "we are updating our servers in your area sir and it will be back up in 1 hour" but this is an everyday excuse, and I am cent %ent sure that they have actually never upgraded their servers, because since last 7 months, its the same service experience and havent upgraded a bit with their servers upgrade.
One word for their service - Pathetic
One word for their cust care - Bad/ same excuse, (though they are polite and will keep on repeating this same excuse no matter whatever you say)
verdict - dont opt for this if you have any other option available, I m looking for other provider if I get one, I will be the first one to kick their service out.
