I think WI5 is being closed, no one picks up the call in the customer care. No response! for last 3 weeks. Next month please confirm before paying.
If they are still operating then - what is the reason that no one picks up the call?
The connection gets disconnected often from last month.
When ever we try to reach them, it rings and they never pick up!
I am really getting tired of this, I work from home and the connection goes of without any prior notice for the whole day starting from last month.
If you are trying to take new connection:
Please note that the speed they provide is not good for a 1mbps connection. I asked for 2mbps and they recommend that it will not work. Please take a better connection, I paid Rs.2000 for the installation and I had no choice and sticking to them. You never know when the connection goes off and if you work from home - you are screwed.
