Hello everyone,
Whizzprint.com may be a good initiative, but trust me when I say, this is not where you think to fulfill your business merchandise needs.
I ordered a sample of 500 velvet UV cards, in good faith that very few service providers provide Velvet UV, and I wanted that velvet feel anyhow.
The first issue I faced was about their formats.
How can you expect a marketing person to provide you the full design template in CDR format.?
People at whizzprint kept on telling me to provide them the cdr of whole file of the card, and c'mon, I had the cdr file for my logo, but whizzprint expects me to provide them even the text credentials in cdr format.
I placed order on 9th of December, and after continue follow-ups they didnt give me a proper answer, they kept on saying that designing team is on it and bla bla bla, the whole lot used to reply on mails after 3-4 days, that too when I used to call them and tell them to check their mails.
after a month of endless followups, all they had to say was:
*"Hello Sir,
We have test print ready with us, we are sorry but still it is pixelating and its not working, we are left with no option but to cancel this order and refund order amount. Else you can send complete ready design in cdr format.
Apologies for inconvenience caused."*
See they still want me to do the cdr for them, why the hell on earth do they dont understand that a normal person can just give you a JPEG/JPG or PSD, common Mr owner, this work is yours, not mine, I am paying you for the services, If I had to sit and make cdr copies then I would actually prefer a local service provider.
Till date, neither have I received the refund, nor are they responding to my mails,
9th of December 2015 to 15th of March 2016, 3 months, and counting, and these people do not have the courtesy to even respond.
I am attaching a screenshot of the panel, which even today shows "Re-uploaded designs received but not checked"
The forum prohibits me to use atrocious words Mr Nitin Yadav, atleast show some respect to your MBA degree in marketing discipline from JBIMS and revert back to me on the mail, other wise I will have no other option but to report Consumer forum and Cyber Cop dept for conspiracy to commit fraud.
