I am new to Bangalore and have owned a Honda in another city in Karnataka. I had to service my car and asked for the car to be picked up. They said they will charge me Rs. 350 for the same. My other dealer never charged. I asked my colleagues who own Hyundai and Toyota and even they say their service is for free.
This is not what is expected of a premium brand like Honda. When we pay extra to buy a Honda product we expect the same level of service from the service dealerships.
