I bought a Honda Civic VMT with sunroof from Whitefield Honda in Nov'11. The experience right from the first sales call to till date 3 free services have been 'simply superb', be it the politeness of the staff, prompt response to your calls anytime, timely return of call with answers to your queries or even apologizing for even a simplest error that could have happened during your experience, if feedback given to them. This extends even to the accessories bought from their in house OEM recommended accessories and their functionality related issues.
