I contacted Mr. Deepak Patel owner of White Pearl holidays to apply for a Russian Visa in expedited format since I had to apply for Croatian Visa immediately as soon as Russian Visa would have been approved. Mr. Deepak assured me that he would apply on Wednesday(14th September) and I would get the visa no later than(16th September) since Russian Expedited Visa is returned the same day. On 14th evening he said that I will get on Friday. Friday evening he said that his person had collected and is on his way to my office. I waited in the office until 9pm his person did not show. Deepak was completely non reachable. Later at 11pm he said that it had been rejected due to his fault and he will apply on Monday and will get me the visa on Monday. On Monday again he promised that it would reach me with the Visa in the evening since he had already applied. In the evening he did not respond to my calls until very late. When he finally called back he started abusing and using very harsh language - through no fault of my own. He claimed that I had not released the payment although he already had been provided a check on Monday(September 12th) and the account had sufficient balance for his check to clear. Finally on tuesday morning he said that he cant apply for the visa and simply returned my passport without any visa.
When the passport was returned - it had all the documents that I had provided them - which proved that they never applied for my visa in the first place. If the visa would have been applied the embassy would not have returned the documents. When I applied for the visa by myself, I enquired at the embassy that there has been no prior application with my passport.
Deepak consistently lied about applying for my visa. Ended up wasting 10 whole days and delaying my process - especially since I had asked him to apply for an express visa. On top of that he consistently used a harsh tone and abusive/foul language - he lied on several occasions - when I asked him for proof of application he said the Russian embassy does not provide any - which was clearly not the case, since they provided me with application proof when I applied.
Throughout the ordeal with Mr. Deepak and White Pearl holidays as well as his partner JD - the owners have been extremely rude and harsh and very abrasive. They have consistently used foul language and have been holding me hostage since they were in possession of my passport - which allowed them to hold a position of power which they very easily abused.
