Have been using reviva RO by eureka for the past 1 yr.previously was using gold nova UV, but because of hard/bore water had to shift to RO. I could get only rs500 as buy back offer from eureka for my UV water purifier even though I used it for a year and a half. That was only start of my woes. Paid 9990 for the product. Stopped working in 2 months. When the technician inspected said because of hardness of water would have to install a pre filter costing 1500.as there were free services for first year no further problems.but after routine 1st yr service was asked to go for AMC covering membrane replacement, service, labor cost for a year.it was quoted at rs.4400/year for AMC. This was not told to me while purchasing the purifier. When a new RO costs around 7500 even though its of lesser capacity, don't know the logic of paying half the cost as AMC.
When checked in local market membrane needs to be changed only after using 15000 ltrs.
My usage for a yr would have been around 8000ltrs. Even-though the purifier is economical to buy, company fleeces you during service/AMC.check with AMC before buying a RO.
