I had purchased a whirlpool Master mind Split AC in 2008 and cooling was never good. On April'13, AC became non-functional and I lodged complaint at Patna Service Centre with Complaint No- PT 0413005110 on 14.04.2013.
Whirlpool Technician did all sort of research on the unit and even after more than 3 months they are puzzled how to solve the problem. I sent email to all bosses of Whirlpool from care manager to CMD at New Delhi but they are having deaf ear.
Are customer buying products for 5 yrs only?? What is the use of Service Centre if they are not able to solve the problem? I think Whirlpool brand shall be phased out very soon in this fast competitive world.
