Shakes like hell when . Review on Whirlpool Sensation Neo

I brought this machine and I am quite satisfies with it, but there are some consideratoin that needs to be taken care by whirlpool.

In the past front loading machine were meant for the upper class, but now even middle class can easily afford it. In my case I am a bachelor staying in a rented house in Bangalore and would be on the move most of the time. This machine requires(best suited) you to have a fixed place and connection for both inlet and outlet. Since the house I live in is not mine and have not designed as per my liking I had to get additional trolley to make it movable.

Now this machine weighs around 78kgs and to put it in the trolley itself is a big task. And thats not the end. You need to make special connection for the inlet and search a place for outlet, because the outlet has to be minimum at a height of 60cms.

Now after this once you start washing, it takes a hell lot of time and there is no indication regarding the time left. You have to look at the manual knob and guess the time left.

Once this starts spinning, thats when you need to hold it other wise it will move from one place to another(due to the vibration) .

Otherwise washing quality on this is really really good.

there are pros and cons about it.

Pros:

1) Cheaper compared to other Front loading machines

2) Sleek & beautiful design

3) Washes cloths really clean.

4) Requires less water, detergent.

Cons:

1) Very heavy and hence tough to move around for washing. It is best suited for fixed place.

2) Even the trolley which comes with it is not good enough to make it movable.(To mount it on the trolley itself is a tough task

3) When it starts spinning, it shakes like hell and you have to literrally hold it to stop it from moving from one place to another

4) U need a high place for fixing the water outlet and need special connection set up for the water inlet.

In short this is a beauty but only if you have fixed space in your house for washing machine.

Okay I was the one who wrote the above review around 2 yrs ago. Now for the follow up.

I recently had issues with this Washing machine. The water pump was not working. I checked and saw that warranty is valid for one more month.

I called up their customer service and was surprised they had all the details. The call center agent informed me that someone will call me within 3 hours and gave us a secret code which we can give in case we are totally satisfied with the service. Sure enough the engineer called and fixed an appointment and turned up in the evening. Checked and informed that the pump needs to be changed and that pump needs to be ordered and will take 2 -3 days.

After 3 days I called up call center again and they informed that tech would come to me place same day and update me. So same day they turned up around 7PM and replaced the pump. Also they cleaned the calcium deposits etc.

Over all I guess this is the company with Best customer service and their product is really good.

I have a whirlpool fridge, washing machine & water purifier. Infact my entire family has soo many whirlpool products. I am a fan of this.
