It is a dreadful experience buying a 3door 6th sense proton refrigerator from Whirlpool. During the warranty period the technicians have attended 8 times as there were concerns in the fridge. No cooling, too much sound and much more. They filled gas 2 times and twice changed the thermostat. For the last 1.5yrs, we are still raising our same concern and to our nightmare neither the company nor the technician are able to give us a valid reason for the problems and sort the issue.After warranty period Whirlpool started charging for service visits for the continuing or long existing problems.Whirlpool refrigerator is of bad quality and they are pathetic in service.
