We have purchased Purafresh water purifier from whirlpool. Initially for one year, everthing was fine. But, later on the machine fails repeatedly and service and spares cost is very high. We have approached many times for the service provider. But he never turned up. I suggest the customers not to prefer this water purifier. The cost is high and the spares are not delivered in time.
The customer care is worst. The customer closes on sundays and other holidays. They do not respond on regular days properly.
