I am writing to raise my complaint regarding Irritation faced during service of my Whirlpool Oven.
On 11 May 2020 ( SR number: 11475345)
My oven was not working ( Still this not ) and for this I raised a service request through your Customer care number.
Once a service engineer visited my house and then after no calls and no pickup of calls.
On 4 July
Again i called your Customer care Number to know the status of my complaint but they again raised a new request . Since then I am still waiting for Visit of your engineer.
On 7 July
Again I called up in Morning and they asked me to wait for 2 Hours but there was nothing ( No calls -No Visit )
Then again I called the customer care she told me this call is closed and you can contact the service center and disconnects the call .
My concern is how the customer will come to know that his call is closed without any resolution .
And It's been 2 month now since my first complaint and why this is still to be resolved
