I bought Whirlpool Magicook Microwave Oven, 4 & 1/2 months back. Suddenly it has stopped working. With switching on, entire house electrical circuit is tripping. I tried at other Eletrical point including other apartment, but it is still tripping, my apartment as well as other apartment. I lodged a complain and after several reminders one engineer visited.
They simply denied as the Microwave problem. When I toook him to another apartment to show the result, then he asked me to take the MW on their service Center in RT Nagar in bangalore. It is not 4 days, they are still to fig out what has happened. I called Whirlpool Customer Care and they give the ussual promises that within 24hrs it will be delivered. I am completely fade up with the services. I have been using IFB MW earlier for the past 15 yrs but never ever I faced this kind of pathetic services. Looks like a big mistake in switching over to Whirlpool.
