Myself Chaitali and today I am going to share my personal experience regarding the microwave oven called " WHIRLPOOL MAGIC COOK 30C " which I bot around five months ago .
First things first, The look of the microwave oven is very old looking, It feel like we are using a ten year old microwave oven, The plastic quality used is very poor, if you put your fingers forcefully then it bends and makes noise just like it will break. So you need to be careful while handling this microwave because it can break easily. The microwave is very heavy and the front glass door is not very efficient. Its hard to open the door in one go. And it takes lot of effort to open and close the door again and again. This microwave comes in only one color that is silver and black mixture. No stylish graphics or design is their in the microwave body.
Their is a small control panel just beside the handle of the microwave. The display is very small and on day light you can hardly see anything. Only few features are available, no auto mode, self timer mode, no auto open mode is there. So you need to control the settings of the microwave every time and you need to be their to look after the works. The handle of the microwave is very big and it takes a lot of space, The size of the box of the microwave is 1 ft x 1ft, so it takes lot of space, The control panel is small and the written instructions written are very small in size so its difficult to read and understand, Their is no user guide given with the box pack of the microwave, so you need to try everything before using this product. So the microwave oven is not a handy product as you can operate it easily and you cant carry it to place due to all above mentioned problem.
The power consumption is very high, As it takes a lot of time to heat, It took me almost 15 minutes to heat a food item and the heating capacity was to full. The highest temperature is 180 degree, which is very low, other company microwave oven have 360 degree heating capacity. The timing is set to five minutes interval, So you cant heat a product for two or three minutes. So it is a problem and your food can get burned easily. In this case you need to open the microwave by your self and need to control the timing. So I will say you should not buy this product, As it is not very user friendly, Not at all durable.
The service and customer support is very slow, It took them three longs days to come to my house for installation and to provide me with the warranty card, but while purchasing they said it will take only two hours for them. But I keep on calling them but they did not responded. So the service and support is very slow and I am not at all satisfied. It comes with only six months warranty. no liquid cover or physical damage is covered. So you need to be careful. If you want to extend the warranty then you need to aishwaryasingh23 the company for further statement. So from my side a big no to this product. I am not at all happy with the performance. And I will say not to buy this product.
