My refrigerator started giving problems from 5th of this month. I immediately contacted the Customer Care. In response, a service engineer visited my house for the same day. He checked and informed me that there is some problem with the compressor and can be rectified in 2 days. It has now been almost 10 days and nothing has been done about the same. I am doing regular follow-up for this problem but keep getting false commitments.
At last I will suggest all of you to not to buy this product & service too is worst of WHIRLPOOL company.
