This particular model has some major problems with its board. I have changed twice during warranty period and now it is gone again :(. No more Whirlpool product sorry....Estimated cost to repair is around 3500. I am going for new one (IFB) since it there is no guaranty, new PCB will last at least 2-3 years.
I think Whirlpool india is least bothered about indian customers. Yes agree that their service network is good and this particular product is really bad. They should have contacted all the Whirlpool 650h customers and given some exchange offer to buy new product.
Their plan is to make money by selling PCB. Really unhappy about this. :-(
