Whirlpool as was known to me was a very good brand for washing machines but all my faith in the brand vanished when I actually purchased the product. I have recently purchased this washing machine at a wooping price of 20000. At the time of purchase the sales person made huge promises that this is the best machine and the services of the company are the best but reality differs.
I have been using the machine for a while now and at the time of purchase was told that since it is a fully automatic machine and it has pores inside which prevents the thread from clothes coming out and also that it has special features which does not let the clothes to tangle. But the reality is just the opposite and the clothes are still tangled and the quality of the wash is not good. The material from other clothes stick and the clothes do not look washed at all.
Moreover there are certain particles which becomes visible on the inside of the machine and looks like dust. When ypu wipe it with cloth the cloth becomes black. When complained they are telling that it is due to the hard water that comes in the city and are gibving some solutions which are from the company itself and costs like hell. When complained about the quality of the washing they again give a inhouse detergent which again costs way too much than the market rate of similar product.
I dont think whirlpool is at all good and as said all that glitters is not gold never go by the promises that are made at the time of purchase. It is always better to read the reviews and then make up your mind to purchase a product. The machine is not at all the worth the price paid for. Although the customer service is good as I had once called the support staff and he came without any negligence. The issue is just the quality of the washing and even in deep cleaning the clothes are not washed as desired. It takes aroind one hour that the machine runs but still the quality is very poor.
