We had bought Whirlpool refrigerator almost 5-6 years back & maintained in very good condition.
Now we got problem with its compressor & service guy says it would cost us Rs.7000 to change the compressor.
The cost of refrigerator when bought was Rs.17000.
We inquired if we can get it exchanged & the response was that we will take it for Rs.800-1000 maximum.
Woww.Keep it up Whirlpool. Don't fool around with public.
You charge us whopping for spares & service & when we want to exchange, you take it in scrap rate.
Whirlpool quality has gone down to worst. Products are getting technical issues so soon.
Your products are not worth buying.
