Purchase date: 06/2009
Problem: Temperature maintenance issue
The basic need of refrigerator - unable to set/maintain temperature.
The cooling system is not working!
Poor customer service:
Representative charged for visit.
The representative is unable to find the root cause!
Approximate expense of 4-5k with no guarantee of problem being fixed.
Better go for other brands like LG, Samsung.
