I purchased whirlpool 25 litre microwave jet crisp 20 days back from radhika electronics . The microwave was delivered next day but the installation person came 5 days after , as soon as he opened box and started microwave , the microwave didnt start . He asked us to raise complaint with whirlpool .whirlpool took next 20 days to deliver in this process there was no phone call to us telling when it willbe delivered . We made so many calls to radhika electronics and whirlpool , but no one giving clear reply .radhika electronics service was so poor . Even for installation radhika electronics didnt arrange it . We have to call wirlpool.Another big problem with machine is the machine go on rotating even after timer is over , i called the technician he said thats factory setting you have to press stop button yourself.
