Purchased this product last month and started giving trouble from the very first week of purchase. The inside chamber plastic got melted and stuck on the door panel on the very first use, then it used to make noise whenever we used it and then stopped working after two weeks. We had to call for a technician by calling up the call center. He came and said the door was loose, he fixed it and then it started working. Next day again it gave the same problem. This time had to call up the customer service number four times before the technician could actually be arranged. The technician mentioned the door was faulty and had to be replaced. So extremely bad and unreliable product. I was not expecting such a bad experience from a company like Whirlpool. Don't purchase this product.
