This story started one and half month back when we went to buy a whirlpool refrigerator...the dealer CMM said we will get th fridge in 7 days and we paid half the price in advance.then we had to keep calling for th last one and half month and were given various excuses.
Finally the fridge arrived today....with a four inch gash on th upper plastic part of th door..and th vegetable tray is stained.this has taken out th much awaited pleasure of buying th NEW fridge...they have said th company person will come tomorrow...will write what happens next...till then CMM can wait for th rest of th money.
