With constant updates and added features time and again this app has become the need of time for every smartphone user now a days.

customization is possible but to a limited extended.
the calling feature is good and saves a lot of your monthly expenses if you have an unlimited wifi connection at disposal
call clarity is good be it local voice call/ international voice call
history / auto backup feature is yet another add-on
ever since facebook has take the control of this app the timely updates with extremely useful features cannot be ignored.
the only drawback of this app is that is does not support the calling feature on iphone as of date but the upcoming updates shall solve this problems and I suppose even the apple users will be delighted to use the fully equipped version of this app.
All this features in one app and that too servicing for free is a great deal to consider.
