Whaaky.com is an online shopping site for refurbished products and they have 3 days return policy. I bought a piece of Nokia 230 at Rs.1899 from this site. They said that the phone is in a fine condition. So I bought the phone. But when I received the phone I had found many scratches on the screen and the speaker had a very low sound. I was not able to use it properly for many reasons.
So I requested return for the product within two days but they said they would not take the product back. I complained the authority but they did not bother to reply .So I had made a complaint to the consumer court and got the refund after that.
