This is part one of review series of capital markets support manager Krishna Kumar Maha*. Krishna(KK) is the support manager for CMCR group. He claims himself as a technical manager. He doesn't know what is a n-tier system and still thinks 2 tier systems are better than n-tier systems. This alone will explain his technical skills. He cannot understand recent trends in technology. Within 5 minutes of talking to him, you will realise that this guy is a stupid. In one of the meetings he told infront of all team members that he coded 24 Screens, 16 procedures in one day as a developer. Everyone was in the meeting room across locations were laughing out. That's the level of his ignorant skills.
Krishna always boasts of his project management at his previous companies on how he single handedly run the projects. Truthi is. This is as per his best buddy at HeadStrong(KK previous employer). He was handling a client for a support project. Project was in RED all the time he was handling the project. HeadStrong brought another manager from Noida and with in a month project he moved to Green. He never tells this. But how he is managing in Wells Fargo. because CMCR US team never gives any responsibility to KK and team. They just give the monitoring work. They know about these losers. These people boasts as if they run the show. pity these guys.
He is a blatant liar. Never believe his words. US counterparts don't have any expectation from his team. KK boasts(lies) as if everything is run from India. To put in plain words they just do watchman job because US team wants to sleep through the nights. Interviews are a joke in the team. Panel will reject the candidate but still he will be hired. Guess How? because if we hire bright candidates they will ask for work. No wonder why some of his team members doesn't know how to write a procedure being a star performer.
Do you see KK in office anytime? Hyderabad team thinks he is in office. Bangalore team thinks he is working from home. God knows where he is. with his movement to chennai dont expect him to be in office at all. Does anyone takes WFH because his neighbor is not feeling well? All his relatives, friends will be sick when he goes to their home irrespective of the country and he will work from their home. I heard that he played this trick on his US trip itself. Stayed extra one week as his relative is sick. Ha Ha. funny right. Yep this happens in our CMCR support group.
This guy cannot leave wells fargo because. by this time you know he cannot get a job outside.
