WFIS has open politics. Managers are nonsense and uneducated(specially mid and lower level manager)candidate selection happen based on how close personal relation you have with non-sense manager here in WFIS.promotion happen based on whether you have cleaned the shoes of your uneducated boss here.Lots of favoritism. No growth or not a good place to the performer/talent .
HR will listen your feedback for your manager and will go back to hat particular manger to seek advise. So you can understand how the HR work here.
