WFIS is a fantastic place to work. The infrastructure at Hyderabad and Bangalore offices is world class. The offices give perfect environment to do good work.
About career growth, all I can say is that if you are one of those who wants to grow superfast, WFIS is not the place for you. But if you want to work for an organization which keeps its people at the forefront of all decisions then you will feel at home.
Wells Fargo also takes city community service very seriously. For all those socially conscious it might be a great place.
