I know many of you have suffered in the hands of the useless managers and incompetent leaders in WFIS. Initiatives like coffee with HR is useless, within three months you will be targeted and they will make it look like you are the creating the problem.
Don't expect to get your last pay check. Your login for emails accounts and there time sheet portal will delete your log in and the HR team will you that the employee needs approval from their manager every time sheet twice a month. It is a hassle just even to get you pay right's.
There are open cases where managers screw up projects and lose customers.'Team issues', 'problem with resources' are accepted reasons for these issues and screwing up appraisals is very common in this company, crappy HR personnel who are on contract do not understand anything in these aspects.
