One of the worst ever manager I have seen is Arun Alexander who is from Kerala, joined from Cognizant. He joined as a Wholesale QA Head in Well Fargo he joined as vice president with zero people management skills. After he joined then immediately within months one of the QA manager quit the company because of bad experience with him.
The QA manager escalated the issue with the LOB head, HR manager and the issue was not yet fixed and then it went to HR director. Almost all the managers were under the same impression to not tolerate the worst QA head.Due to job as bread and butter they have survived with survival tactics. This worst manager's people management skills are less than the entry level manager in WFIS.
We don't know how he was offered as vice president role, you can guess where his boss skills in selecting such a guy for the top post. This worst manager gives bad feedback or improvement areas in public which normally managers avoid. He screwed up peoples careers in WFIS and spoiled senior folks careers. Instead of giving opportunity to existing people he gives opportunity to outside people - preferably from services companies.
We have got bad feedback about him from the people who worked with him in CTS, Capgemini.
I don't want any of my enemies to work under him. God please save people from him.
