Dear Members,
I have been reading Mouthshut articles about Wells Fargo India for a very long time. I completely agree with people who have had a nice experience so far and I am more than 100% convinced about the frustration people have about the useless managers, the useless, so called Leadership Teams and worst of all HR Department.
I want to tell you of some of the worst hr people in this company. the first two have left, but they are so useless I want at least their new employers to know.
Worst person number 1: Kalyan Vadrevu
He shows favoritism only for people from rajahmundry and shouts at people as though he owns them. he even used to shout at his own boss! has no work, keeps roaming around like a buffoon and drives like a maniac. he has made hiring mistakes, his team has made offer errors(gave extra salaries to people) and then ran away after becoming VP of the company to some other place
Worst person number 2: Pramod Chandrashekhar
the most free person in the company is this guy. if you see him near his laptop its because he is probably reading something on amazon. he never knew what was happening in hr, would crack jokes everywhere and basically behave dumb when asked a question. its unbelievable that some other company even hired him. despite knowing that he was thrown out of his previous company, wells fargo hired him. by the way, he also has a habit of trying to be very nice to you, so if he is being extra nice, it means that he really wants you to go down. be careful when dealing with this guy.
Worst person number 3: Jubin Kapasi(based out of bangalore)
he is a balloon who thinks of himself as hr manager. one hell of an ass-licker of tech managers. does not have any self-respect and will go to any extent to get promoted. knows very well how to pin point about other team members and bring down any chances of promotion. he is trying very hard to become AVP! Ha, he does not even deserve to be a toilet cleaner in that company
Some of the things which I completely hate about wells fargo:
Favoritism and extreme politics. especially at hyderabad
the less work you have, the more promotions you get
sexual harassment(specially in operations) against women. Team leaders actually keep a track of how many "encounters" they have had
managers ask you to bring eatables from the canteen, as if you are their servants
If you readers come across them at any point of time in your career, please, please please dont believe a word they say and dont join the company they work for, its not worth it.
last but not the least, a word out to Aveek Mukherjee: Sir, do you know the kind of things ILT talks behind your back about you. I think its time you started cleaning up your team first. And yes, I agree that IM has THE WORST LOB HEAD ever. Malyalees have just eaten into the place and they are creating severe favoritism issues.
