This is about the interview I had with Wells Fargo Bangalore office recently. Rajesh Mannachery was my interviewer. Interview went well after a long grueling question hour. Just when you think interview is over, he started asking all questions you would have.
In the HR interview. I was surprised but went along with that. His questions included info about my hometown, my ethnic background etc. He figured out I was a non Malayali. I came out suspicious after this interview and as expected it did not go through.
Please beware of this interviewer and process in Wells Fargo. It is better to question the interviewer why he is asking HR questions.
Wells Fargo, if your senior management does not know what the organisation stands for, how are you going to attract talent?
