I had ordered a medicine on 13th April 7.15pm and I was about to get delivered the medicine before 9.41pm on 13th April till 10.00 pm I waited and when I call customer care number the person said wait for half an hour so I waited till 10.30pm then I called again same reply given by customer care wait for half an hour again I waited but then I searched number of a pharmacy of wellness from where the medicine was going to come from there the person from other side told there is no such order to deliver and he didn't get any over from other staff as he has came in night duty after I told him he check and send the order at around 11.30pm at night and in that 2 medicine was not delivered as they were not having medicine in stock which was again very much irritating situation because next then again I have to took followup of the medicine and the medicine was delivered at 9pm in that also 1 medicine delivery other didn't delivered when spoke to customer care they said next day it will delivered in that also the medicine which I wanted was not available they were sending some different brand product so I ask them to cancel the product after informing also on 15th the product came to my residence place I had denied the order telling delivery person it's cancelled after delivery person leaving in 5min I received delivered message and even in app it showed delivered I informed this to customer care from then they are telling me 24 hrs it will take to refund my amount and now on 16th April i called again for refund they told again 24hrs it will Take to refund my money what a pathetic service Of wellness forever
