This is one of the good magazines that helps you loose weight. There are about 20 different magazines that I have read and noticed that one can easily loose with the ideas that are listed in this magazine.
Nutrition section
this section lists all the foods and dairy products with high nutrition. All food items are listed one by one letting the reader know how many calories each is containing. The energy level and fat are listed as well.
Excercise section
This section lists are excercises that one needs to gain more entry and loose weight. It lists some easy techniques on loosing body bat by excercising. If reader follows the techniques listed in this magazine he/she can loose weight in a couple weeks.
This magazine has helped my sister a lot. She weighted 145 pounds and it helped her loose 20 pounds in three weeks. She excercised everyday and followed nutrition section to gain more energy while excercising. I've recommended this magazine to a couple of my friend who were trying to loose weight.
