Hey friends our body are totally depends upon atmosphere in earth. we well known that our body in 70% of water and rest of blood. same as in earth 70% of water and rest of land. so we have to maintain this. some remedy are helps to reduce and make a healthy of you. first of all the starting of the day wake up early and go for exercises, exercises means not hard work in starting of time, do inception with fast walk for 45 min. after three day starts normally running for 10 mins. around after three day warm up exercises starts. like skipping, sit up, pull up, etc. must take rest once in week. its repair and healing your bones, in diet planning also play important role, create proper lunch plan for 15 days. in foot having minerals and vitamins, avoid protein for some time.regular boiled water use in drunk. it will helps to active and clean body internally. take a dinner earlier before 8 o'clock. take proper sleep for eight hours.follow this tips you will get definatly .
