Refund of money last month me and my mother had joined this slimming center. before joining this center we asked them to gurantee us that we l be refunded our money if their program wont affect me and my mom. this progarm costs rs18000.
This progam includes 10kg and 10inch weight loss through ayurvedic massages and steam. the time for this session was 1 hr 30 mins. but whenever we go for our session they only gave us half an hour time. no ayurvedic massage. steam only for 5 mins. they also have other machines. bt instead of loosing our weight we satrted gaining our weight.
I took 10 sessions. now we are telling them to refund our money but now they are backing there words that we never said that we l refund the money. there were 2 ladies with whom we had a talk about this. they are telling us that in their money slpi its already written that the money is not refundable. these things they didnt told us when we had a talk before joining the program. now they are forcing us to undergo through each and every medical test. we have already consulted our doctor. and I m not suffering with any medical problem. they are forcing us to join some other program. their name is vandana and poonam.
Whatever they told us regarding our program they didnt provided those services. now they are not even picking up our calls. because they know that they have done sumthing wrong. so kindly plz help us regarding this context. I hope I l get a positive response from your side. 18000 is not a small amount of money. plz help us.
