I write this review to share my experiences regarding weight loss. First things first-


*Does food affect our weight -


*I have asked doctors, people, physiologists and it appears that suprisingly the answer is no. I learnt that any weight loss tried by dieting is not fat loss. You loose your stored glycogen( from the liver). Further your body becomes more efficient to absorb what we eat and as we return to our normal diet we gain our lost carbs and proteins( Because we never lose fats when dieting). To validate this I actually tried eating everything but my weight doesnt change now. Also I learnt that eating fats has nothing to do with obesity. They dont simply go into your body to be deposited, there is a troublesome mechanism which takes place which is not yet properly understood by the best physicians.


*Does(exercising) sweating indicate weight loss-


*Surprisingly its no again. We sweat when our bodies get heated. It signifies a raise in the body temperature nothing else. Sweat is secreted from the skin surface through sweat glands. Fat is never directly converted to sweat. All the add of the sauna belt, vibrators are actually foolig people. What happens there is sweat loss which is temporary. The very next day we regain the lost inches by using sauna belts. I was explained that exercising makes mucle by increasing the amount of energy body requires. This never comes from fat. Thats why u never get rid of you fat belly by doing crunches.


*Should we do liposuction / stapling to lose weight-


*Liposuction is not advised for weight loss, it can only reduce 2-3 kgs from fatty areas, different areas need to be operated over a period of months to achieve a weight loaa of 9 kgs. It does not take care of the cause and I have seen one person who lost 3 kgs every time he did liposuction but by the time he had his next session he would regain that weight he had lost before. Stapling is making your stomach small to avoid food digestion. Makes u deficient in vital minerals and vitamins as their absorption is also hampered. One needs to take lifetime supplementation and the procedure may be even irreversible.


*Herbal Products Claiming weight loss-


*Such products are usually not approved by the FDA and found to possess side-effects. They are usually nephro-toxic or have some other disturbance associaed with the digestive system.


*Vibrations/ Mechanical Ways to lose weight-


*As I mentioned they all produce local sweating and nothing else. There is no weight loss.


Never starve to lose weight, it increases the risk of gall stone formation.


Tummy tuck, spot reduction these are all terms devised to make us fool,


ALL said I suggest that one should consult a doctor about weight loss, one should try to find if there is any disorder causing weight loss( like hypothyroidism, pcod), only then the weight loss achieved would be proper. Also make sure youlose the fat.


Please dont get fooled by these advertisements like me, use my experience and try searching for something better as we obese people always do.
